GUARANTEES

Ken Hom guarantees Carbon Steel Woks for 10 years, Non Stick Aluminum Woks for 5 years and Non-Stick Carbon Steel Wok’s for 2 years, with normal use. Please be sure to take care in seasoning, cleaning and storing your Wok properly to prevent rust from forming.

 

If your Ken Hom product is defective to the extent that you believe it is covered by our warranty outlined on the previous page, please complete the form below. DK Household Brands Corp. is confident that our products are manufactured to the highest quality and want to ensure our customers are always satisfied. Ken Hom guarantees Carbon Steel Woks for 10 years and Non-Stick Carbon Steel Wok’s for 2 years, with normal use. 

• *If we determine your item is covered under warranty we may request the item be returned to our facility. If the item must be returned to our facility the consumer is responsible for shipping cost to our facility.
• *In the event the item has been discontinued, we will send a similar item or issue a gift card to be used on our website for the manufacture’s retail value.

 

Please note: Completion of this form does not guarantee approval of your warranty claim. Should your claim require further evaluation you will be asked to return your product for review. Ken Hom products have a 5-year warranty coverage on manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use or normal wear and tear. The method of replacement is solely within the discretion of DK Household Brands Corp. You may be issued an exact replacement, a coupon for the value of the mill(s) or an item of similar design and function.
