DKB HOUSEHOLD USA LIMITED WARRANTY FOR KEN HOM PRODUCTS

 

DKB Household USA Corp. (“DKB”) warrants that its products (“Product(s)”) will be free from manufacturing defects from the date of purchase by the original end user purchaser for the duration of the warranty period in effect for such Product at the time of purchase pursuant to the chart provided below.  Because DKB cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to Products that were purchased from DKB or a DKB authorized seller in the United States, unless otherwise prohibited by law.  DKB reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.  This limited warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, negligence, or use in a commercial setting.  

 

If you wish to make a warranty claim based upon a Product defect, please complete the Warranty Claim form on our website. Please be prepared to provide images of the product which show the problem area, as well as a picture showing the brand’s name.  Also, please be prepared to provide an image of your sales receipt or proof of purchase, as without this, your warranty claim may be denied.  You may be asked to return your Product(s), at your expense, should your warranty claim require further evaluation.  If your Product was purchased within the last 30 days, please contact the retailer where the item was purchased for assistance.

 

DKB will or replace a defective Product that is covered by this limited warranty or refund the purchase price of the Product in the event DKB is unable to provide a replacement and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be timely made. In the event the a defective Product covered under this warranty has been discontinued or is otherwise no longer available, DKB may replace the Product with a comparable Product. 

 

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein.  Any implied warranties that may be applicable to Products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.  Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.  Under no circumstances shall DKB be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability.  Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
